(Kajima), King James's School may disclose information about you to any of King
James's School employees relating to Lettings, Caretaking and Finance; the
School's Steering Group (Football related bookings only); plus Yorkshire
Bank if applicable insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes as set
out in this Privacy Policy. All such parties are obliged to treat your
information in accordance with the scope of your consent and the law in their
contracts with us.
With your express
written permission, King James's School may also share your club details
including contact information with interested parties (i.e. prospective new
club members) for promotional purposes only.

we are required to do so by law;

any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings; and
3. in order to establish,
exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others
for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk).
