Using Your Personal Information

BookingsPlus may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:

2.    Information relating to any transactions carried out between you and and us on or in relation to this website.

3.    Information that you provide to us for the purpose of registering with us; and

Personal information submitted to BookingsPlus and King James's School via this website will be used for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or in relevant parts of this website. We may use your personal information to:

In addition to BookingsPlus (Kajima), King James's School may disclose information about you to any of King James's School employees relating to Lettings, Caretaking and Finance; the School's Steering Group (Football related bookings only); plus Yorkshire Bank if applicable insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes as set out in this Privacy Policy. All such parties are obliged to treat your information in accordance with the scope of your consent and the law in their contracts with us.

With your express written permission, King James's School may also share your club details including contact information with interested parties (i.e. prospective new club members) for promotional purposes only.

1.    to the extent that we are required to do so by law;

2.    in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings; and

3.    in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk).


In the event of any of the above occurring we shall inform you of any such disclosure if lawfully permitted to do so.

Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, King James's School and/or BookingsPlus will not provide your information to third parties.

King James’s School has duties under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to disclose information held unless there is a very good reason to withhold it. Therefore the School may disclose your name and email address publicly in response to a request if required to do so.
